  • What are your business hours?

    Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are temporarily closed, until further notice. Please check back soon for updates. We look forward to serving you again as soon as we can reopen!

  • What payment types do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Endless Creations gift certificates, and Cash for hair services.

  • Can you purchase Lotus Beauty Spa & Salon Gift Certificates on-line?

    Yes, simply call us or come by!

  • What if I'm late for my appointment?

    Punctuality: In assuring you have an efficient and wonderful experience at ECS, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are granted a fifteen (15) minute grace period for a scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be canceled after 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes without a phone call/text message/email to inform us of your E.T.A., your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

  • What if the stylist is running behind schedule?

    If by chance we are running behind schedule, we will call/text you 30 min – 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time in order to prevent you from having to wait.
