Chandra received her Bachelor of Science Nursing at the University of Arizona and her Master of Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Certification at Louisiana State University... Beginning her nursing career in a rural health community in Ajo, Arizona, treating local community citizens as well as Native Americans from a near by reservation.

She has a saying she tells all her patients on the first visit: "I treat you like my family, my son, my daughter, my dad, my mom, my aunt, uncle or grandparent."
